After LIGNA 2019, it is time to take stock of these five days, which have been very positive. There is no doubt that the world’s leading trade fair for the woodworking industries, machinery, tools and software, is providing considerable momentum for the sector, paving the way for future investment. Intelligent solutions, in the 4.0 factory conceptual framework, were featured in this edition as the main topic, and LIGNA 2019 made it clear that more and more technologies are “getting smart”, inevitably tending to digitization and automation.
Some interesting figures in this regard: More than 50% of LIGNA visitors attributed a high or very high importance to Industry 4.0.
About 40% of them upgraded their existing machines or were considering buying new machines to take advantage of the Industry 4.0 technology.
Special emphasis has been placed on integrated solutions that allow companies of all sizes, from specialized companies in the wood sector to large companies, to respond to market demands and prepare for future challenges.
Considering these premises and with an interesting degree of participation, this was the ideal opportunity to promote our software, allowing through this global showcase to expose the solutions that Teowin offers in terms of software.
Once again, we received an enthusiastic welcome from the participants, who were able to discover in situ our news about virtual reality and its application in the field of furniture manufacturing, as well as the high quality, diversity and versatility of TeoWin. when performing tasks for the entire chain of operations of the manufacturing process.
In this sense, one of our strengths is undoubtedly the virtual reality, where we have significantly improved the interface, allowing users to move freely in space, wirelessly and without control, and interact with the different elements that make up the scene.
It is precisely in this context of industrial revolution, digitization and automation that we have the privilege of presenting Teowin as a unique solution capable of covering all the operations of a plant, whatever its size, and of effectively managing portfolios with an integrated system for coordinating flows. information between all departments of the factory and facilitates all their daily tasks.
In conclusion, we are very happy and proud to have been able to participate as exhibitors in this wonderful Ligna 2019 international showcase and we hope to see you again at the next edition, which will take place from 10 to 14 May 2021 in Hanover.
